4. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting violations.

6. AIGC Content Compliance

HeightAI uses artificial intelligence (DeepSeek large language models) to generate predictions, recommendations, and AI Coach responses. By using our Service, you agree to:

• AI Content Awareness: AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or hallucinations. Always verify important information with professional sources.
• No Medical Reliance: AI-generated health, nutrition, or exercise recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.
• Content Integrity: Do not use AI features to generate misleading, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• Age Verification: Users must be 13 years or older to use AI features. Parental consent is required for users under 18.
• Report Harmful Content: Report any AI-generated content that is harmful, misleading, or violates this policy to support@heightai.tech.

AI Model Disclosure: HeightAI is powered by DeepSeek large language models. AI predictions and recommendations are generated based on user-provided data and statistical models. All AI content is clearly labeled as AI-generated within the Service interface.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate, filter, or remove any user-generated content or AI-generated content that:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations
• Contains harmful, abusive, or inappropriate material
• Misrepresents AI-generated content as human-generated
• Attempts to exploit AI systems for harmful purposes
