1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HeightAI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HeightAI provides an AI-powered height growth tracking and optimization platform. The Service includes height prediction, personalized growth plans, growth factor analysis, and an AI coach feature. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
  • Provide accurate and complete information when using the Service

4. Payment Terms

Payments for AI generation credit packs are processed through Waffo Pancake and Creem, our designated Merchant of Record (MoR) and payment processing providers. Payment is on a one-time basis for credit packs — there is no automatic renewal or recurring billing. By purchasing a credit pack, you agree to:

  • Pay the full amount for the chosen credit pack at the time of purchase
  • Provide accurate billing and payment information
  • All payments are final and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy
  • Credit packs never expire — they are valid for a lifetime once purchased
  • Prices are in US Dollars ($) and subject to change with 30 days notice

5. No Automatic Renewal

HeightAI does not offer subscription plans with automatic recurring charges. All payments are one-time purchases of credit packs with no automatic renewal. You will need to manually purchase a new credit pack when your credits are exhausted or expired.

IMPORTANT: The Service provides science-based recommendations for informational purposes only. NOTHING PROVIDED BY HeightAI CONSTITUTES MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. Height growth outcomes depend on individual factors including genetics, bone age, nutrition, health conditions, and other variables beyond our control.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional (physician, pediatrician, or endocrinologist) before making changes to diet, exercise, sleep, or lifestyle — especially for children, adolescents, or individuals with health conditions. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it based on information from the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeightAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by HeightAI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service. You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the People's Republic of China.

12. AI-Generated Content (AIGC)

HeightAI uses DeepSeek large language models to generate height predictions, growth recommendations, and AI Coach responses. By using our AI features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Not Medical Advice: AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, health, or professional advice.
  • Accuracy Limitations: AI predictions and recommendations are based on statistical models and user-provided data. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for verifying AI-generated information before making any health, medical, or lifestyle decisions.
  • Content Limitations: AI systems may produce inaccurate, biased, or incomplete outputs. DeepSeek is the underlying AI provider for all AI features.
  • No Medical Diagnosis: AI features do not provide medical diagnoses. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns.
